The TEL ALAS has a special design for the connection of different plates (Cement, Siding, OSB, multilayer phenolics) to metal profiles.

Its under-head grooves act on the surface of the material, milling it until the head is flush or embedded for subsequent covering or sealing.

The wings located between the thread and drill tip mill the plate during drilling, preventing the screw from threading onto the plate itself; the wings detach when they touch the metal profile of thickness >= 1.2 mm.
